Anspach~Taunus II

Volume:65 (download)
Airport:Anspach~Taunus II
Country:Germany
Description: This end of Anspach~Taunus is more difficult to fly onto than the other. It typifies how dangerous trees can be when they are located so near runway thresholds. This is not a desperately hard landing by any stretch, but wonderfully rewarding when you fly it correctly bearing in mind that final approach is shortened by your steeper angle of attack. Expect a 2096ft grass runway on an elevation of 1102ft. Who said grass airfields aren't fun to fly?
