| Description: | You'll likely find Montellano (SVAE) an exhausting and taxing approach - it won't appear on your GPS for a minute or two. Montellan is located at the base of the mountain and a 'close to the terrain' approach is recommended. Airspeed is absolutely critical - shake off as much as is safe to do so before you begin your descent. Descend gradually until you feel you can make better informed decisions. Expect a 4120ft asphalt runway on an elevation of 656ft. Enjoy this one it's a fabulous approach!
