Mecca, Saudi Arabia, with its al-Masjid al-Haram mosque is considered as the holiest place on Earth by Muslims. In FSX the mosque is present with the Kaaba building in the centre of the mosque.
Depart from Mecca East (OE49) and head west to the city.
The city, including OE49, is surrounded by a GND-UNL prohibited airspace.

I wonder how that would look with a couple of fully fuelled, but otherwise empty 767's diving at it. Now I can find out, I suppose.
